The Book of Labyrinths is an imaginary publication, an anthology of quotations and autobiographic fiction.
Originally it was created as a supplement to the exhibition Ruins, A Monument to Failure, collecting texts and background information on subject related to the theme of the exhibition. This material was then framed with half-fictional, half-documentary texts.
A site-specific second version of the book was made for the Off The Shelf-event, held at University College London on 22nd of March 2010, in London, United Kingdom. This version of book included a new introduction and a chapter inspired by the prints of Bartolomey dos Santos (large collection of which is housed in the UCL Print Room) and stories of Jorge Luis Borges.
The brochure of the event included the web address where the Book of Labyrinth could be downloaded.
